Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:
Internal frame structure
Metal or wooden wires used in the product
Product joints that open or malfunction
If any of the above issues occur within 2 years of the original purchase date, Dozti Craft will repair or recover the product free of cost.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To claim the warranty:

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Products that are burnt, cut, or intentionally damaged
